Facilitation Services

JAI Corporation can provide Facilitation Services for the following areas:

Resolution of disputes, disagreements, and divergent views, (including different professional opinions) including the following:

• The use of problem-solving techniques to facilitate resolution of disputes, etc. including defining the problem, identifying the rationale behind the various parties position, identifying possible tradeoffs of positions between the parties, quantifying the cost to a party of acceptance of the other party(ies) position
• Developing possible compromise approaches to the resolution of disputes, etc.
• Using meetings of affected parties to resolve disputes, etc.
• Developing draft and final reports on the resolution of disputes, etc. describing the approach used, the persons involved, the minutes of the discussions, and a comprehensive statement of the agreements that resulted from the facilitation activity.

Meetings required for facilitation and decision making, including the following:

• Defining and refining the meeting agenda
• Meeting planning
• Making meeting logistical arrangements (facilities, equipment, housing, food and drink, printed materials, etc.)
• Convening of meeting participants (identification and notification of participants)
• Leading large and small group briefings and discussions, and focusing decision making
• Recording of discussion content.
