JAI Corporation can provide
Consulting Services in conjunction with the following:
Strategic business and action planning to include activities such as assisting, developing or performing critical reviews of the following:
- Program mission plans, long range plans, or similar documents
- Use of logic tree methodology to identify work breakdown structure elements, and sub-elements
- Plans for implementation of specific work breakdown structure elements
- Program description and applicable requirements
- Criteria for economic analyses
- Safety criteria
- Overall program schedule.
Systems alignment to include activities such as performing, or providing assistance in the performance of the following:
- Program, element, and sub-element system description and requirements documents
- Configuration management activities
- Systems integration activities
- Systems analysis (technical studies, evaluation of alternatives, economic analyses, etc.).
Process and productivity improvement to include activities such as the following:
- Review of technical and administrative processes
- Development of recommendations for improvements to reduce costs and improve productivity.
Organizational assessments including activities such as the following:
- Review of organization aspects of programs
- Assessment of the ability of the organization to meet the needs and schedule of the relevant program
- Development of recommendations for organizational improvements.
Program audits and evaluations to include activities such as the following:
- Technical and program reviews to verify the extent to which program execution is being conducted in full accordance with established program requirements (including safety, health, environmental, quality assurance, etc.)
- Evaluation of the efficacy of the program execution in meeting program objectives (technical, resources, cost, and schedule)
- Development of recommendation for improvements to program execution.
